This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Act as a reliable partner to clients, enhancing their experience with CDL services.
• Discover opportunities to broaden services and improve patient access to Cardiac PET.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with a focus on long-term value.
• Manage and oversee accounts throughout the complete lifecycle of each contract.
• Ensure successful implementation and ongoing delivery of services.
• Respond swiftly to customer needs and effectively handle escalations.
• Collaborate with various teams to promote customer success and drive business growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client-focused roles.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering solutions that fulfill client requirements.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and driven by results.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
