This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with hospitals, clinic groups, and healthcare networks in Belgium (Flanders) and the Netherlands.
• Navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving medical directors, IT, procurement, and HR.
• Conduct demonstrations, respond to RFPs, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Participate in healthcare conferences and industry events within the region.
• Develop a repeatable playbook tailored for the Benelux market.
• Assist in onboarding initial customers by coordinating configuration workshops, training, and change management alongside our Europe Customer Success team.
• Serve as the reliable local contact throughout the deployment process and beyond.
• Provide product insights and feedback on market needs to the team.
• Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for the Benelux region.
• Identify potential partnerships with resellers, consultancies, and integrators.
• Assist in determining pricing and positioning strategies for the local market.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably targeting hospitals and clinics in the Benelux region.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients (not solely account management).
• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch.
• Established network of decision-makers in healthcare, including medical directors, department heads, CIOs, HR directors, or procurement leads in Belgian and/or Dutch hospitals.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Residing in Flanders or the Netherlands.
• Comfortable working independently in a small, dynamic organization.
• Willing to travel within the Benelux (approximately 30-40%).
• Interest in and familiarity with AI tools to enhance commercial productivity.
• **Strong plus:**
• Knowledge of public procurement processes in Belgium or the Netherlands.
• Proficiency in French and/or German.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Impact: You won't just be filling a position — you'll be establishing a market. As the first BDM for the region, you'll have direct access to the CEO and real ownership of your role.
