Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Expand fleet service sales across pertinent markets and industries: oversee the sales pipeline from prospecting and recognizing leads and/or taking over pre-qualified leads from the sales development representative team, to showcasing service offerings, negotiating terms and conditions, and finalizing deals.

• Comprehend customers’ service requirements and demonstrate how AutoNation Mobile Service represents the most efficient and cost-effective solution.

• Coordinate service agreements with all pertinent fleet personnel and associated partners (i.e., fleet management companies, authorized individuals, etc.).

• Attend or closely observe initial services to guarantee a seamless process.

• Discover opportunities to enhance performance and elevate satisfaction of new accounts, especially during the onboarding phase, collaborating closely with both the customer and internal team members.

• Collaborate with Fleet Account Management to facilitate account transitions, while supporting retention efforts and overall customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related service sectors.

• Proven success in B2B sales.

• Established relationships within the fleet industry.

• A consultative sales methodology with the capability to conduct a needs assessment.

• Experience in managing a sales pipeline; proficient in Salesforce.

• Strong business acumen and motivation to meet and surpass sales targets.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and uphold customer satisfaction.
