This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing within a designated UK territory, working towards specified revenue goals.

• Create new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and following up on marketing-qualified leads.

• Develop a thorough understanding of each prospect's needs by engaging with multiple stakeholders, not just the gatekeeper.

• Provide persuasive on-site and online software demonstrations customized for each audience.

• Draft precise and professional proposals and pricing; negotiate effectively to maximize profit margins.

• Smoothly transition signed agreements to the project management team for implementation.

• Maintain a well-organized and current pipeline in the company CRM, ensuring that opportunities, contacts, meeting notes, and next steps accurately reflect reality.

• Deliver regular and insightful sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the Managing Director.

• Relay market intelligence back to the company: what are prospects requesting, and what actions are competitors taking?

• Serve as the main point of contact for a select portfolio of existing accounts.

• Conduct regular account review meetings to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

• Earn commission on both account sales and new business.

• Participate in annual new business planning and revenue budgeting.

• Represent Kudos in a professional manner at all times, both in writing and in person.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated B2B field sales experience, with a proven history of independent prospecting and achieving targets.

• Comfortable selling technology; experience with software, SaaS, or EPOS/payments is a significant advantage.

• Confident and credible communicator: effective on the phone, in a boardroom, or when presenting to a group of stakeholders.

• A self-starter who excels with independence; target-driven and resilient during challenging pipeline periods.

• Natural relationship builder — you are an attentive listener, read social cues well, and foster genuine connections with prospects and clients.

• Strong numerical skills; capable of constructing and presenting pricing clearly and advocating for your margin.

• Organized and disciplined regarding CRM maintenance — you understand that a clean pipeline is a productive pipeline.

• Experience or knowledge in Charity Retail, Furniture Reuse, Caravan, or Marine sectors.

• Familiarity with retail technology, POS systems, or payment solutions.

• Formal sales qualification (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, or similar).

🏝️ Benefits

• Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

• Opportunities for professional development and training.

• Flexible working arrangements to promote work-life balance.

• A supportive and collaborative team environment.

• Access to company-sponsored events and networking opportunities.
