This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Promote Array Tech, Inc.'s products and services to Solar EPCs, Developers, and IPPs.
• Enhance existing customer relationships by gaining a thorough understanding of their business goals and identifying how Array can assist them.
• Ensure that customers, contractors, and industry stakeholders are aware of Array's product differentiation and economic value proposition.
• Stay proactive in understanding upcoming customer activities and projects.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of each prospective customer's concerns and decision-making factors.
• Lead Array's responses to RFQs and successfully close sales.
• Create and develop proposals for Array products aimed at maintaining or increasing market share.
• Collaborate with the sales and product management teams to tackle particularly challenging customer requirements or field issues.
• Execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Monitor and assess sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective sales techniques and relationship management.
• Promote a collaborative and motivating work environment to enhance team productivity.
• Apply best practices in sales techniques and processes to improve team performance.
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in solar technology and integrate them into sales strategies.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar technology.
• Over 2 years of practical experience with email, Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• International sales and market expansion experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.
• Results-driven with a strong desire for success.
