Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Overseeing various contract vehicles while ensuring compliance and upholding performance standards.

• Serving as the point of contact for the administration and management of task orders related to our contract vehicles.

• Keeping track of GWAC/IDIQ portals for the latest task order releases, RFIs, and amendments.

• Coordinating responses to market research efforts across company stakeholders.

• Conducting research requests to support capture initiatives during bid evaluations.

• Assisting in task order responses alongside capture managers, proposal leads, and contracts teams.

• Preparing monthly reports for active task orders as needed.

• Analyzing target customer sectors that align with our growth strategy and business development priorities.

• Performing business intelligence and market analysis related to our contract vehicles.

• Streamlining repetitive workflows to enhance efficiency throughout the task order lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree coupled with over 10 years of experience in government contracting or a related field.

• Familiarity with federal GWAC and IDIQ contract vehicles.

• Proficient in using standard IT tools and software, including the Microsoft Office 365 suite.

• Internet savvy, with the capability to conduct research and analysis utilizing AI technologies.

• Possession of an active DOD Secret clearance.

• A proactive attitude towards acquiring new skills, supporting the business development team, and collaborating across the organization to achieve company growth objectives.
