Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Cultivate, maintain, and strengthen essential relationships with Mortgage Brokers

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure efficient processing of files

• Seek out potential clients and broaden the Broker network

• Deepen understanding of Bridgewater Bank’s products and the mortgage sector

• Participate in industry events to gather market insights

• Work in conjunction with Underwriting and Marketing teams

⛳️ Requirements

• A post-secondary degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline

• Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the mortgage sector

• AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional) certification
