This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Cultivate, manage, and enhance robust relationships with strategic and referral partners within the iGaming ecosystem.

• Discover and foster new partnership prospects in the realms of affiliate marketing and iGaming.

• Take charge of the relationship lifecycle, from initial discussions to enduring collaborations.

• Grow and maintain a network of partners and high-potential clients.

• Represent Scaleo at prominent industry events and conferences throughout Europe, including London, Malta, Barcelona, Rome, and more.

• Serve as a brand ambassador, confidently showcasing Scaleo within the industry.

• Assist partners in comprehending how Scaleo can facilitate their business growth and performance objectives.

• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee successful onboarding and sustained partner success.

• Offer ideas and insights to enhance partnership strategy and bolster Scaleo’s market presence.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate marketing, or account management, preferably in iGaming, performance marketing, or SaaS.

• Existing connections within the iGaming or affiliate ecosystem are highly advantageous.

• A natural relationship builder with a passion for networking and establishing long-term partnerships.

• Comfortable attending conferences, traveling, and meeting clients face-to-face.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of independently managing an active partner pipeline.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities in English, both written and spoken.

• Confidently represent the company in public settings and cultivate professional credibility within the industry.
