This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) on both quarterly and annual bases.
• Formulate and execute a strategic business development plan in Saudi Arabia that aligns with company goals and market trends.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new partners across the region to ensure coverage in essential markets and sectors.
• Seek and pursue new business opportunities that support the company's growth strategy.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to uncover new trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Analyze market data to craft and implement effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product and service delivery.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
• Over 5 years of experience in the electronic security industry or a related field.
• Sales experience in Saudi Arabia, specifically operating from Jeddah.
• Strong technical expertise in electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Proven experience in the complete sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to developing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to forge relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts at an executive level.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends, identifying customer needs, and creating effective solutions.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in electronic security, including cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
• A robust combination of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and strong communication skills.
• Conversational proficiency in English and Arabic.
