This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Create and execute a strategic business development plan for the Hungary region that aligns with the company's goals and market dynamics.
• Discover, assess, and integrate new distributors and partners throughout the region, ensuring presence in key markets and sectors.
• Seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities that correspond with the company's growth agenda.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Perform market research to uncover new trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Analyze market information to formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Oversee and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronic security sector or a related field.
• Sales experience specific to the Hungary region.
• In-depth technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
• A demonstrated history of involvement in the complete sales cycle—from identifying new business opportunities to developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
• Experience in creating and executing successful sales strategies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders at an executive level.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market trends, recognize customer needs, and devise effective solutions.
• Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in electronic security, such as cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-driven analytics.
• A robust blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in conversational English is essential.
