This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with auto dealerships and repair shops by providing outstanding service and continuous support in person.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of dealership and shop operations concerning the buying and selling of auto parts, identify their primary challenges, and develop solutions to enhance business interactions.
• Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving or surpassing sales objectives and growing our customer base.
• Propel market growth through cold calling, networking, negotiating, and closing sales.
• Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and the competitive landscape.
• Maintain precise records of sales activities and client interactions, providing clients with regular updates and comprehensive reports on a daily and weekly basis.
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
• Strong capability to build and maintain high-level business relationships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in outside sales with a proven history of successfully closing deals.
• Experience in the automotive parts sector is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel within the designated territory as required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with CRM systems.
