This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will identify opportunities for growth, create scalable strategies, and assist in their execution from initial concept to market introduction.
• You will design new product ecosystems and business models that reflect the unique brand identity of our creators.
• You will develop solid product concepts, considering market trends, target audiences, and competitor insights.
• You will ensure strategic alignment between creator positioning and the associated business model.
• You will establish efficient processes and frameworks for launching new projects and continuously enhance them.
• You will create scalable structures for replicable business models.
• You will develop comprehensive communication strategies for both online and offline channels.
• You will derive cohesive brand and marketing strategies aligned with each product concept.
• You will oversee brand perception management to ensure alignment with the creator brand.
• You will collaborate closely with project management and operational teams.
• You will identify and secure key partners necessary for executing the business models.
• You will provide clearly defined strategies and concepts to implementation teams.
• You will be responsible for the effective and structured execution of projects.
• Several years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, or Venture Building, preferably within the Creator Economy, media, entertainment, or digital business sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities with a talent for transforming creative concepts into structured, market-ready business models.
• Experience in developing and scaling products or business models from the ideation stage through to execution.
• Solid grasp of brand development and positioning, especially concerning personal brands and creators.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in performing market, competitor, and audience analyses.
• An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on approach while maintaining a strategic outlook.
• Experience in establishing processes and structures, particularly in dynamic or high-growth settings.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively coordinate across multiple disciplines (e.g., marketing, product, operations).
• Strong communication abilities and persuasiveness, both internally and in interactions with external partners.
• A network within relevant industries (e.g., creators, brands, platforms, agencies) is advantageous.
• High levels of ownership, proactivity, and execution capability.
• A keen awareness of trends in the creator economy and the digital media landscape.
