This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Supervise all commercial operations within the APAC region to enhance market visibility.
• Engage with corporate entities, governmental organizations, and professional associations to increase awareness and market share of PeopleCert products.
• Collaborate closely with partner organizations throughout APAC to boost sales of PRINCE2 and other products in the portfolio.
• Establish and cultivate impactful relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and key accounts across various countries.
• Propel B2B market expansion through a results-oriented sales approach.
• Coordinate with global teams while adapting to the nuances of regional markets and cultures.
• Strategize and organize personal and regional sales initiatives to optimize ROI.
• Monitor performance against objectives and report findings to Headquarters.
• Address customer concerns in collaboration with support teams.
• Represent PeopleCert at regional events, forums, and exhibitions.
• Work cross-functionally with global product and marketing teams.
• Ensure adherence to the company's core values — Quality, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Clarity, and Velocity.
• A post-graduate degree is essential in IT, with a preference for an MBA.
• 5-8 years of experience in business development within APAC markets.
• Strong experience in multi-country sales and regional leadership roles.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2 is beneficial but not required. A robust understanding of channel development, partnerships, and consultative selling is crucial.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities across diverse cultures.
• Experience in the Education sector, Consulting, or Examination/Certification industries in previous roles, along with prior exposure to international corporate settings, will be advantageous. Candidates from IT Consulting and/or Technology backgrounds will be prioritized.
• Proficient written and spoken English (C2 level certification preferred; LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate is an asset).
• Advanced computer skills are necessary. ECDL Advance level certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software will be considered a plus.
