This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with technical teams of current and prospective customers by participating in meetings, events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Keep an eye on market trends and discover new opportunities for business growth.
• Build a business opportunity pipeline by assessing ideas based on their potential market size, applicable patents, and distinguishing features relative to competitors or current products.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the current product lineup, assisting the sales team in technical discussions with clients.
• Engage actively in the BU steering team to allocate resources effectively for new initiatives.
• Master’s degree in a scientific field (preferably chemistry) or business administration; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Familiarity with the chemical industry, ideally in food & beverage or home & personal care sectors.
• Background in marketing and sales, including business tools, presentations in steering committees, and customer engagement.
