This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Identify and assess new business opportunities throughout North America.
• Develop and oversee a client pipeline across various industry sectors.
• Actively engage with potential clients through outbound methods (email, calls, social media).
• Facilitate discovery and qualification discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to finalize agreements.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and client meetings (expected travel is 30% of the time).
• Over 5 years of experience in sales or business development within consulting or service-oriented environments.
• Demonstrated capability to independently prospect, engage, and qualify leads.
• Proven experience in selling technology services and negotiating with clients.
• Highly driven, results-oriented, and open to coaching.
• Comfortable working autonomously without extensive day-to-day oversight.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
