Business Development Manager – AI Products and Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Actively seeking out and targeting new clients and sales opportunities, implementing action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company, particularly in AI-driven solutions and services.

• Engaging personally and proactively in the sales process, presenting to customers, developing new opportunities, and managing customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.

• Identifying the needs and limitations of potential clients and ensuring that the Company’s proposals effectively align with their business requirements.

• Leading the contract signing process and handling related negotiations.

• Creating and refining pertinent documentation, including case studies, contracts, work orders, presentations, and additional sales materials.

• Facilitating a seamless transition of new accounts to the Delivery team.

• Keeping precise and current records in the sales CRM, ensuring all relevant details are documented and proposals achieve profitability KPIs.

• Building and continuously enhancing a robust network of professional connections relevant to the Company’s services.

• Consistently driving company revenue growth and expanding the customer base.

• Analyzing pertinent conferences, AI-related events, and market opportunities.

• Maintaining a high level of expertise in focus areas through ongoing learning.

• Developing, sustaining, and strengthening long-term business relationships with the Company’s clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• A higher education degree.

• Over 3 years of experience in business development or sales within IT/software development, with a proven record in AI-related projects.

• Demonstrated success in completing complex AI proposals and formal tenders that involve cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and German, including report writing.

• Understanding of software development processes and AI solution lifecycles.

• Experience in preparing proposals and presentation materials for AI-powered solutions.

• Strong negotiation, business communication, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Capability to work meticulously, stay organized, and focus on details.
