Business Development Manager – AI Products and Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Actively seeking and targeting new customers and sales opportunities, formulating action plans to engage and secure new business for the Company, particularly focusing on AI-driven solutions and services.

• Personally participating in the sales process, delivering presentations to clients, cultivating new opportunities, and managing customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.

• Identifying the expectations and limitations of potential clients, ensuring that the Company’s proposals effectively align with their business needs.

• Leading the contract signing process and facilitating related negotiations.

• Preparing and developing necessary documentation, including case studies, contracts, work orders, presentations, and other sales materials.

• Ensuring a seamless transition of new accounts to the Delivery team.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRM, guaranteeing that all relevant information is properly documented and proposals meet profitability KPIs.

• Building and continuously enhancing a robust network of professional connections pertinent to the Company’s services.

• Continuously driving company revenue growth and expanding the customer base.

• Analyzing relevant conferences, AI-related events, and market opportunities.

• Maintaining a high level of expertise in focus areas through ongoing learning.

• Developing, maintaining, and strengthening long-term business relationships with the Company’s clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• A higher education degree.

• Over 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT/software development sector, with a proven track record in AI-related projects.

• Demonstrated success in completing complex AI proposals and formal tenders involving cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in English and German, both in verbal and written communication, including report writing.

• Knowledge of software development processes and the life cycles of AI solutions.

• Experience in preparing proposals and presentation materials for AI-powered solutions.

• Strong skills in negotiation, business communication, and conflict resolution.

• Ability to work meticulously, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
