This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You consistently execute the sales strategies and priorities established in collaboration with Sales Management.
• You create sales strategies, perform potential analyses, and identify new marketing opportunities.
• You are accountable for demand planning, price lists, and administrative processes.
• You continuously assess the accessories market, conduct product analyses, and recommend actions based on your findings.
• You contribute to the ongoing optimization of collaboration within the sales team and foster cross-functional cooperation.
• You lead the category strategy in close collaboration with the central organization.
• You define, implement, and enhance the product range.
• You oversee strategic pricing (RRP, HLP, RCP).
• You support the BU process and contribute to strategic planning.
• You manage product content and oversee new products at the PNC level in PS/ROL.
• You collaborate closely with teams such as Central Product Management, Controlling, Marketing, and Sales.
• A degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in an international setting.
• An analytical, structured, and results-oriented approach to work.
• Capability to work independently, coupled with strong teamwork skills.
• A confident demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
• High resilience and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
• Readiness to travel as required.
• Strong MS Office skills.
