This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead the initiative to drive high-impact, strategic projects across global markets.
• Identify and assess significant project opportunities in partnership with regional and global sales teams.
• Craft pursuit strategies and value propositions customized to fit customer and regional specifics.
• Guide cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to securing contract awards.
• Facilitate executive-level engagement and alignment for critical pursuits.
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on market insights.
• Formulate and execute pricing strategies that achieve a balance between market share and profitability.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to oversee pricing risks across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms and tank manufacturers globally.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Over 10 years of experience in strategic project leadership, business development, or pricing strategy within a global industrial or technology-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-value projects.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic, matrixed, and multicultural setting.
• Experience with EPCs, tank builders, or within the industrial gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors (preferred).
• Knowledge of startup or innovation-driven business models (preferred).
