📋 Description

• Create and implement a holistic business development strategy aimed at meeting revenue goals and increasing market presence.

• Discover and target new business prospects, which may include geographic growth, introduction of new service lines, and adaptation to emerging trends in healthcare staffing.

• Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor actions, and regulatory shifts to guide pricing strategies and position Matrix Providers as a leader in the market.

• Possess a thorough understanding of the federal procurement process within the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Department of Defense (DoD), Veterans Affairs, and related agencies.

• Exhibit a proactive approach with the capability to cultivate long-lasting trusted advisor relationships.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts, providing updates to the President and executive team.

• Supervise the development of competitive pricing models that ensure a balance between competitiveness, profitability, and adherence to federal, state, and contractual obligations.

• Direct the creation of persuasive proposals, RFPs, and bids, ensuring they align with client requirements and the strengths of Matrix Providers.

• Collaborate with program management, operations, recruiting, and finance teams to guarantee smooth delivery of staffing solutions and alignment with business objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of military experience.

• More than 8 years of experience in business development within government contracting.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Strong existing relationships within federal sectors and a proven track record of securing contracts exceeding $20 million.
