This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to insurance agents located in the US.
• Offer pre-qualified leads to insurance service providers for sale.
• Effectively convey the value proposition and pricing of the leads.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through regular outreach efforts.
• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Keep precise records of interactions and sales within CRM systems.
• Manage objections and successfully close deals.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams for lead distribution and quality feedback.
• 5–10 years of experience in sales within the US (required).
• Demonstrated experience in outbound calling and closing sales in the US market.
• Background in selling leads or services to various service providers.
• Exceptional ability to handle a high volume of calls and meet conversion targets.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated and adept at working in a fully remote environment.
• Proficient in CRM tools and familiar with sales processes.
• Open to working night shifts in alignment with US Eastern Standard Time.
