This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Dynamic Pipeline Acquisition: Actively seek out, evaluate, and establish new business collaborations with enterprise organizations, fintech companies, and large-scale e-commerce platforms that can leverage our payment infrastructure.
• Complete Sales Ownership: Oversee every aspect of the sales funnel, from initiating outbound outreach and conducting discovery sessions to navigating complex commercial agreements and finalizing contracts.
• High-Impact Presentations: Develop and present tailored proposals and technical demonstrations that emphasize ROI and strategic value for C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
• Proactive Market Hunting: Keep abreast of industry changes and competitor movements to uncover new high-growth sectors and untapped opportunities, ensuring a consistently strong sales pipeline.
• Internal Synergy: Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to ensure a seamless client onboarding process and a professional transition to long-term account management.
• Global Presence: Serve as a senior representative of the organization at major trade shows, international summits, and executive networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• A minimum of 8 years of distinguished business development or sales experience within the B2B payments, fintech, or broader financial services industries.
• Ideally, experience from a prestigious global remittance company, a significant cross-border payment network, or a leading international Payment Service Provider (PSP).
• A proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets and acquiring significant enterprise accounts as a primary individual contributor.
• A comprehensive understanding of the mechanics of international settlements, digital payment systems, and the use of stablecoins or blockchain technology in finance.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the capacity to articulate complex solutions clearly to executives.
• Ability to operate independently with full autonomy.
• Professional fluency in English is required, along with native-level proficiency in the language(s) relevant to your target region.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or other major trade languages is highly valued.
