• Identify, qualify, and enhance opportunities within key defense markets to stimulate revenue growth.
• Establish and nurture global relationships with essential stakeholders and partners.
• Craft winning strategies that align with customer requirements and procurement processes.
• Oversee the creation of proposals, focusing on organization, messaging, and pricing details.
• Navigate complex, lengthy procurement cycles to achieve contract awards.
• Assist in positioning OCIANA within current defense programs, prime contractors, and integrators.
• At least 5 years of experience in a technology setting and/or 10 years in defense, government, or intricate B2G environments.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and progress high-value opportunities by engaging senior stakeholders in government, military, and industry.
• Extensive prior experience within NATO, Five Eyes, or allied governmental organizations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and capture methodologies.
• Experience in leading capture efforts, bid strategy formulation, or program positioning initiatives.
