This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify, assess, and promote opportunities within key defence sectors to enhance revenue growth.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships globally with essential stakeholders and partners.
• Establish winning strategies that align with customer requirements and procurement processes.
• Oversee the creation of proposals, incorporating structure, messaging, and pricing considerations.
• Navigate opportunities through intricate, long-term procurement cycles until contract finalization.
• Assist in positioning OCIANA within current defence initiatives, primes, and integrators.
• At least 5 years of experience in a technology setting and/or 10 years in defence, government, or complex B2G environments.
• Demonstrated capability to foster relationships and progress high-value opportunities by engaging senior stakeholders across government, military, and industry sectors.
• Extensive previous experience within NATO, Five Eyes, or allied government settings.
• Deep understanding of procurement and capture methodologies.
• Experience in leading capture, bid strategy, or program positioning initiatives.
