This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Reactivate and advance key target accounts in Poland.
• Establish connections with new Tier 1 target accounts and secure qualified meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in local follow-up efforts with operational, clinical, and commercial teams.
• Coordinate and facilitate the progression of pilot, demo, proposal, and contract discussions in collaboration with AIRS Medical Europe.
• Identify, assess, and assist in advancing suitable distributor or channel partner candidates in Poland.
• Contribute to generating commercial pipeline and growth in contracted ARR within the market.
• Proven business development experience in Poland.
• Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, radiology, imaging IT, or related fields is preferred.
• Capability to engage both senior decision-makers and local operational stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.
• Comfortable working independently while closely coordinating with a European leadership team.
• Proficient in progressing opportunities from initial engagement to commercial advancement.
• Strong local market access and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with both C-level executives and operational stakeholders.
• Work type: 6 month contract.
• Remote work with occasional business travel.
• Collaborate with team members nationwide and globally.
