This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Achieve or surpass annual sales objectives by steering field activities to meet territorial sales targets in alignment with the company's growth strategies.
• Create and enhance a strong pipeline of sales prospects within designated Territories.
• Accountable for understanding customer needs to influence L3Harris CUxS design solutions and effectively selling CUxS products across all sectors (Air, Land, and Maritime).
• Advocate for current product capabilities while suggesting the development of new products or enhancements aimed at driving profitable business expansion.
• Act as the customer expert and lead for capturing and pursuing business opportunities.
• Tasked with formulating strategy across all sectors (Air, Land, and Maritime) for key pursuits and overseeing the transition of business opportunities to the operational unit.
• Maintain active communication with Program Managers to direct the execution of ongoing business and ensure we "keep it sold," positioning ourselves for subsequent business with existing customers.
• Expected to dedicate significant time outside the office or on calls to network and meet with customers, as soon as practically feasible.
• Travel required – up to 50% of the time, as soon as practically feasible.
• Requires expert-level knowledge in a specific technical area or across multiple job domains.
• Recognized as an authority and/or resource in the field by peers both within and outside the organization.
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of related experience.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Recent and pertinent experience in successful sales within the National Security, Military, or Intelligence sectors across any of the Air, Land, and Maritime domains.
• Over 10 years of Military or Security Sales experience, preferably with a large Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
• Previous Military experience will be considered advantageous.
