This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Establish partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and allied health providers.
• Propel new business development initiatives across Australia.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of healthcare partners.
• Engage in face-to-face meetings with healthcare stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Transform new organizations into active placement partners.
• Cultivate long-term relationships and explore account growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve excellent student outcomes.
• Recognize new partnership and territory expansion opportunities.
• 1–3 years of experience in:
• Business Development
• Healthcare or Medical sales
• Account Management
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Self-driven with a commercially focused mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based position.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness and ability to travel interstate 1 to 2 times per month.
• Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience in Allied Health or Mental Health.
• Established relationships within the healthcare industry.
• Background in universities or clinical placements.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
