This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Evaluate leads generated from marketing efforts as potential sales opportunities
• Reach out to prospective clients through phone calls and emails
• Assess client requirements and recommend suitable products/services
• Tailor product offerings to enhance customer satisfaction
• Establish long-lasting, trusting relationships with clients
• Actively pursue new business opportunities within the market
• Organize meetings or calls between potential clients and Account Executives
• Compile reports for presentation to management.
• Remain informed about new products/services and updated pricing/payment options
• Demonstrated work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or a similar position
• Practical experience with various sales techniques (e.g., inbound, outbound, field sales)
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge of sales performance metrics
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Capability to deliver compelling presentations
