This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Lead both outbound and inbound sales initiatives to expand Moonlight's clientele among US executives and founders.
• Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and discovery to proposal and closing.
• Establish and sustain a robust sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools like Pipedrive.
• Develop persuasive outreach communications, email sequences, and pitch presentations tailored for executive audiences.
• Discover and pursue new market opportunities and referral channels.
• Foster and maintain client relationships to enhance retention and upselling possibilities.
• Monitor and report weekly on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue KPIs.
• Collaborate with the founding team to enhance messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Create sales enablement resources, including one-pagers, objection handling scripts, and case studies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles.
• A proven history of achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• Near-native or fluent English proficiency: both written and spoken, with excellent executive communication skills.
• Experience in selling to or collaborating with US-based clients or companies.
• Ability to take ownership of strategy and execution independently without a large supporting team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Strong writing abilities: capable of crafting a cold email and a pitch deck with equal assurance.
• Self-motivated mindset: excels in a dynamic, remote, startup environment.
• Background in staffing, professional services, or SaaS is a significant advantage.
