This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, qualify, and oversee a strong D&ES pipeline that aligns with CACI’s strategic growth objectives, particularly focusing on DHS Enterprise Modernization.
• Discover and pursue opportunities related to enterprise IT modernization, cloud migration, application modernization, Agile Transformation, DevSecOps, ITSM, data platforms, cyber modernization, and mission support services.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies, encompassing competitive analysis, investment planning, pricing strategies, customer positioning, and the development of differentiated solutions.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships across DHS headquarters, components, mission partners, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Partner with industry collaborators, OEMs, and internal sectors to craft effective teaming strategies and capture plans.
• Create executive-level reports, customer engagement updates, opportunity briefs, and capture materials to facilitate decision-making at both Sector and Corporate Executive levels.
• Direct Milestone Reviews and Capture Readiness Reviews in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Support enterprise business development initiatives by streamlining workflows, minimizing bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment across DHS pursuits.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on emerging task orders, RFIs, RFPs, and market activities within CACI’s internal systems.
• Lead proposal development efforts and ensure adherence to business plans, solicitation requirements, customer expectations, and CACI growth objectives.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Over 10 years of experience in Business Development, capture, sales, account management, or growth related to Federal Government IT opportunities.
• Proven experience in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing opportunities in Enterprise Modernization, enterprise IT, cloud, application modernization, Agile Transformation, or digital modernization.
• Strong comprehension of DHS missions, acquisition environments, component priorities, contract vehicles, and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience in developing pipeline plans, capture strategies, partner ecosystems, account plans, and opportunity qualification methodologies.
• Capability to collaborate across business development, capture, solution architecture, operations, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams.
• U.S. Citizen with active DHS clearance or suitability determination as necessary.
• More than 15 years of Business Development and capture experience in large-scale enterprise IT, mission IT, or modernization programs.
• Established customer relationships across DHS headquarters and components such as CISA, CBP, USCIS, ICE, TSA, FEMA, or the U.S. Coast Guard.
• Familiarity with DHS contract vehicles, major IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and task order-based growth.
• Experience in cloud, DevSecOps, Agile software delivery, ITSM, data platforms, cyber modernization, infrastructure operations, or enterprise service delivery.
• Active DHS clearance or current DHS suitability.
