Business Development Executive – DoW ERP Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop, qualify, and oversee a comprehensive DS/EITS DoD pipeline that aligns with CACI’s strategic growth objectives, with a focus on the Army, DISA, and DLA.

• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies that include competitive analysis, investment planning, pricing evaluations, and unique solutions.

• Partner with industry collaborators and internal divisions to create effective teaming strategies and capture plans.

• Create executive-level reports, briefings, and capture materials to aid decision-making processes at the Sector and Corporate Executive levels.

• Facilitate Milestone Reviews and Capture Readiness Reviews alongside senior leadership.

• Assist enterprise BD initiatives by optimizing workflows, minimizing bottlenecks, and ensuring cohesive alignment across pursuits.

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on emerging task orders, RFIs, and RFPs within CACI’s internal systems.

• Lead proposal development efforts to ensure adherence to business plans, solicitation criteria, and customer expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

• Over 10 years of experience in Business Development (sales, marketing, capture, proposals) within the DoD IT and Digital Solutions sector.

• More than 10 years of experience in Enterprise IT Solutions for the Federal Government/ US Citizen with the capability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

• At least 15 years of experience in Business Development and capture relating to large-scale IT and mission programs (preferred).

• A minimum of 15 years of acquisition experience within the Department of Defense (preferred).

• Active TS w/SCI Eligible (preferred).
