
Business Development Executive – DHS ERP Modernization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, qualify, and oversee a strong D&ES pipeline that aligns with CACI’s strategic growth objectives, particularly in Federal Civilian ERP solutions, business systems modernization, and digital transformation.
• Identify and pursue opportunities related to SAP S/4HANA migration, Oracle, Momentum, legacy ERP modernization, financial management systems, acquisition systems, human capital, logistics, supply chain, and enterprise business operations.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for Federal Civilian ERP opportunities, which include competitive analysis, investment planning, pricing strategy, customer positioning, and the development of unique solutions.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with Federal Civilian agencies, mission partners, industry collaborators, OEMs, and essential stakeholders.
• Work together with industry partners and internal teams to create successful teaming strategies and capture plans.
• Produce executive-level reports, customer engagement updates, opportunity briefs, and capture materials to aid decision-making at the Sector and Corporate Executive levels.
• Facilitate Milestone Reviews and Capture Readiness Reviews with senior leadership.
• Assist in enterprise BD initiatives by streamlining workflows, minimizing bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment across Federal Civilian ERP pursuits.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on emerging task orders, RFIs, RFPs, and market activity within CACI’s internal systems.
• Lead proposal development efforts and ensure compliance with business plans, solicitation requirements, customer expectations, and CACI growth objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Over 10 years of experience in Business Development, capture, sales, account management, or growth roles related to Federal Government IT opportunities.
• Proven experience in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing ERP, business systems, enterprise IT modernization, or digital transformation opportunities.
• Strong comprehension of the missions of Federal Civilian agencies, acquisition environments, contract vehicles, and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience in developing pipeline plans, capture strategies, partner ecosystems, account plans, and opportunity qualification methodologies.
• Capability to collaborate across business development, capture, solution architecture, operations, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams.
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain the necessary Federal clearance, public trust, or agency suitability determination.
• More than 15 years of Business Development and capture experience with large-scale ERP, business systems, or enterprise modernization programs. (Desired)
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Momentum, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, or other Federal enterprise business platforms. (Desired)
• Existing relationships with customers across Federal Civilian agencies. (Desired)
• Experience in pursuing opportunities through major IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and task order vehicles. (Desired)
• Background in financial management modernization, acquisition systems, grants management, human capital systems, supply chain, logistics, or shared services. (Desired)
• Current Federal clearance, public trust, or agency suitability. (Desired)
• Residing in the Greater Virginia / National Capital Region area. (Desired)
