Business Development Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete sales process from initial prospecting through to deal closure.

• Establish and nurture robust client relationships with international prospects.

• Conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations with key decision-makers.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales development representative (SDR) teams to enhance lead generation strategies.

• Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to optimize revenue.

• Ensure accurate data management within CRM systems and provide updates on pipeline progress.

• Set sales targets to boost revenue and report on the performance of the sales team.

• Develop, distribute, and gather customer surveys, compiling the findings into a datasheet or report.

• Perform general administrative tasks.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints as the initial point of contact.

• Undertake ad hoc responsibilities as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of comprehensive B2B/B2G sales experience (REQUIRED).

• Experience collaborating with clients from the US, UK, or Australia.

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.

• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level).

• Strong skills in phone, email, and instant messaging communications.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.

• Familiarity with word-processing and spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Office).

• Understanding of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).

• Proactive and confident with a sharp attention to detail.

• Willingness to work during graveyard shifts.
