This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure large partners that align strategically through proactive outreach.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline, efficiently transforming leads into engaged clients.
• Investigate target organizations and engage with key decision-makers through email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless partner transitions and foster long-term growth.
• Keep precise records and track sales activities in Salesforce to monitor progress and guide future outreach efforts.
• Manage multiple high-volume tasks while maintaining clear and proactive communication.
• Oversee the partner handoff by adhering to implementation guidelines and collaborating with onboarding teams.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects as directed by the Head of Sales & Partnerships.
• 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, including collaboration with C-level executives and complex partnerships.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in media or marketing agencies (preferred).
• Strong experience in high-target, fast-paced commercial settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Salesforce extensively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience in the eCommerce or print industry (preferred).
• Experience in customer-facing roles and client engagement.
