This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle and business development: identify, engage, and convert new prospects into clients.
• Strategic growth of territory and pipeline: establish and implement strategic qualification processes, create segmented pipelines from your area, and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Consistent attainment of sales KPIs and objectives: strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Accountability will play a crucial role in your success.
• Engagement as a trusted advisor: perform insightful discovery and product presentations, consult on clients’ business and commercial objectives, and present proposals in a professional and confident manner. Negotiate contracts as necessary, ensuring a balance between optimal service and value for both the client and SiteMinder’s profit margins.
• Ownership and intelligence in CRM: uphold disciplined CRM practices to guarantee that pipeline, forecasts, reporting, and customer insights are precise and actionable.
• Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with Onboarding, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to enhance market messaging, feedback mechanisms, and go-to-market strategies that will boost our competitiveness.
• Company representation: engage with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder’s products and brand. Attend key functions and events, support webinars and other tactical initiatives to increase brand visibility, which may involve occasional travel to client locations for meetings with relevant managers.
• Experience in sales and business development: substantial experience in closing deals with full-cycle responsibility, preferably in SaaS, hospitality technology, hotel operations, revenue management, or related commercial services.
• Industry knowledge: a solid understanding of the hospitality value chain (hotel management, revenue strategy, guest acquisition, etc.).
• Consultative and outcome-oriented sales skills: proven ability to assess business needs, customize solutions, and influence decision-making effectively.
• Remote-ready communication and autonomy: excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening abilities, skilled in building rapport and managing processes without daily supervision.
• Resilience and a growth-oriented mindset: a high level of self-motivation, eagerness to learn continuously, and openness to feedback and coaching.
• Analytical and tech-savvy: strong proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
• Fluent in German (minimum C2) and professionally proficient in English.
