Business Development Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Actively seek new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.

• Perform market and competitor analysis to identify target sectors and potential clients.

• Build and sustain relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their localization needs and suggesting suitable solutions.

• Create and present compelling presentations and proposals to stakeholders across various levels.

• Oversee the sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and contract finalization, ensuring precise and timely follow-up.

• Work in collaboration with Operations, Project Management, and Marketing to guarantee effective onboarding and delivery for new clients.

• Monitor and report on sales activities, forecast pipelines, and performance metrics against targets utilizing the CRM/ATS.

• Stay informed about industry trends, language technology, and competitor offerings to uncover opportunities for service enhancement.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management; experience in language services or localization is a plus.

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.

• Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office; familiarity with ATS or sales automation tools is advantageous.

• Confident communicator with a professional, consultative approach to client interactions.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized, with the capacity to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
