This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead initiatives for business development to enhance market presence throughout the LATAM regions.
• Identify, onboard, and cultivate relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, partners, and high-value clients.
• Establish and sustain long-term partnerships through ongoing engagement, support, and customized business solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams to adapt strategies and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate regional performance metrics, client activities, and competitor trends.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and roadshows to boost brand visibility.
• Work closely with retention and CRM teams to enhance client experiences and maximize lifetime value.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals and KPIs.
• Stay informed about FX/CFD market trends, regulatory updates, and the evolving needs of clients.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
• Previous experience in the Forex, CFD, or fintech industry is highly preferred.
• A proven record of achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Additional languages such as Portuguese or Spanish are a significant advantage.
