This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Conducting on-farm sales meetings to comprehend the needs and challenges of prospects, effectively communicating functionality, advantages, and emphasizing the value specific to each farming operation.
• Engaging in prospecting by developing and expanding a pipeline of suitable farms for Halter, while consistently shortening sales cycle durations. Managing newly acquired and inbound leads through the initial phases of the pipeline, including screening and qualifying.
• Building and utilizing industry connections to establish and uphold Halter's brand presence.
• Collaborating with the Business Development Manager to facilitate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting.
• Partnering with the Business Development Manager to enhance and adapt the sales process for increased speed, efficiency, and predictability as the company grows.
• A strong commitment to assisting farmers in achieving success.
• Background in farm systems or experience within the agricultural industry.
