This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Proactively seek and establish partnerships with high-potential restaurant partners throughout Malaysia that align with Eatigo’s growth objectives.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the Malaysian F&B sector and local market trends to enhance lead generation efforts.
• Engage prospective partners through a strategic combination of outreach techniques—including cold calls, targeted email initiatives, referrals, and strategic alliances.
• Design and implement customized sales strategies that resonate with restaurant operators in Malaysia.
• Present compelling proposals and make a strong business case that illustrates the unique advantages of collaborating with Eatigo.
• Lead negotiations on contracts, aiming for outcomes that are mutually advantageous, including locally relevant pricing and terms.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with new and potential restaurant partners by understanding their specific goals and challenges.
• Serve as a dedicated point of contact, ensuring prompt communication and support throughout the onboarding journey.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—particularly Sales Operations in Malaysia—to provide a seamless experience for partners.
• Ensure that all acquisition activities adhere to Malaysian regulations and internal company policies.
• Keep accurate and well-organized documentation throughout all phases of the partner onboarding process.
• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably within the e-commerce or food-tech sectors; however, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is essential for effective communication and negotiation with our target merchants.
• Must be located in Johor or be willing to relocate.
• Capability to conduct in-person field sales discussions with merchants.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a keen ability for problem-solving.
• Basic Salary + Fixed Allowances + Commission Scheme (High Earning Potential)
