This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Lead the business development strategy and growth initiatives for PSS throughout the UK and Ireland.
• Collaborate closely with PSS Leadership to comprehend priorities and establish ambitious yet attainable annual objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new PSS opportunities by analyzing client organizations and revealing their service needs.
• Evaluate client requirements and assist in designing customized service solutions.
• Partner with PSS Leadership to develop proposals, present them to clients, and achieve outcomes that align with revenue and profitability targets.
• Work together with global colleagues on multi-regional projects.
• Oversee contracting processes for new business ventures.
• Ensure accurate reporting within the CRM system.
• Aid marketing initiatives to enhance the Eurofins brand visibility.
• Monitor client satisfaction for existing accounts.
• Perform additional tasks as necessary to facilitate successful service delivery.
• A degree (or equivalent experience) in a life sciences discipline, or relevant vocational training along with business acumen.
• Demonstrated success in business development at senior levels within the target industry, preferably with experience in Pharma Insourcing.
• Confidently operate within GxP environments, ensuring that all activities comply with regulatory standards.
• Extensive knowledge of product commercialization, manufacturing, supply chain processes, and the testing and service needs associated with client markets.
• Manage key commercial and contractual processes—such as CDAs, MSAs, and pricing agreements—while facilitating negotiations and resolving commercial challenges with senior oversight.
