This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Cultivate and sustain a strong, professional relationship with clients.
• Drive demand by acquiring new end customers and/or nurturing indirect customers.
• Execute monthly Joint Business Plans (JBP) in collaboration with distributors.
• Maintain a focus on identifying potential customers, conducting consumption trials, and securing new business.
• Ensure that the customer engagement approaches align with the values of Tork and Essity.
• Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
• Proven experience in outside/field sales.
• Background in Professional Hygiene is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the B2B sector with a minimum of 5 years in the institutional market (including industry, hospitality, healthcare, offices, catering, etc.).
• Experience in developing value-added products.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite with advanced skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with Dynamics and S&OP spreadsheets.
• Understand that 40% of the role is dedicated to administrative tasks while 60% focuses on prospecting and sales activities.
