This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Developing and executing innovative business development strategies
• Acquiring leads and overseeing client accounts
• Engaging in effective communication with clients
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
• Involvement in the quoting and negotiation stages of new projects
• Identifying and maintaining a roster of current and forthcoming construction projects
• Monitoring a sales pipeline along with a revenue forecast sheet
• Presenting comprehensive sales and technical overviews of the company
• Cultivating client relationships with both new and existing clients, while delivering outstanding customer service
• Generating leads through suitable propositions, cold calling, and ethical sales practices
• Identifying and targeting new prospects weekly using a variety of communication techniques
• Ensuring the CRM system is updated with all leads, opportunities, and activities
• Proficient in developing and sustaining relationships with clients
• Possessing a solid understanding of engineering principles and the construction sector
• Overseeing contract negotiations and successfully closing new business deals with potential clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with BIM and/or Engineering Services is advantageous.
