• Actively seek out and generate leads via networking, cold calling, and conducting market research on clients in New Zealand.

• Design and implement strategies to transform leads into clients, negotiating terms and finalizing agreements.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to guarantee a smooth transition of client requirements.

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Executive or in a comparable role within the recruitment sector.
• Strong grasp of recruitment processes and market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-driven with a robust motivation for achieving goals and the capability to work autonomously.
• Competence to excel in a fast-paced, competitive setting.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
