This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• You will serve as the primary contact for ALB within your designated territory.
• Business development: Your role includes identifying and onboarding new properties for management, including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and other distinctive accommodations.
• Operations: Treat your portfolio as if it were your own business, overseeing the coordination of cleaning, maintenance, and managing relationships with both owners and guests.
• Flexibility: You have the autonomy to organize your schedule and work from your preferred locations, whether partially remote or in the field.
• Persuasive: You possess the ability to convince property owners to trust you with the management of their assets.
• Open to all backgrounds: Regardless of your previous experience in real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other industry, your eagerness to learn and excel in the role is what truly matters.
