This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as one of the product specialists for the DSA sector.
• Assist in enhancing the usage and recommendations of Everway products.
• Respond to product-related inquiries from assessors in a friendly and prompt manner.
• Conduct product presentations for assessors, trainers, and other stakeholders.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with assessors, trainers, and other key stakeholders to boost awareness and endorsement of Everway products.
• Relay product feedback from sector stakeholders to the product teams.
• Collaborate closely with the DSA team to guide future product development plans.
• Develop sales enablement resources related to products, including documents and presentations.
• Represent Everway at events specific to the sector.
• Willingness and capability to travel across the UK for customer meetings, events, conferences, and team gatherings as necessary.
• Over 2 years of experience in the Assistive Technology sector.
• Proven history of delivering effective customer service and engagement.
• Experience and confidence in providing both in-person and online presentations.
• Familiarity with utilizing customer, engagement, or market data to uncover opportunities and guide decision-making.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust messaging for diverse audiences, including assessors and DSA professionals.
