This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Define Vicoland’s market position with enterprise clients as the strategic alternative to conventional professional services frameworks.
• Challenge traditional sourcing models and illustrate why Vicos achieve superior outcomes.
• Strategically plan and implement hybrid human/AI solutions delivered by Vicos.
• Create go-to-market strategies customized for specific client contexts.
• Establish thought leadership through events and maintain a consistent presence on LinkedIn.
• Acquire and expand client relationships.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and partners — from strategic outreach to long-term growth.
• Engage in consultative, insight-driven discussions at the C-level.
• Convert the Vico model into tangible ROI scenarios for each client.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling with a founder’s mentality.
• Build a sales pipeline strategically, rather than solely transactionally.
• Lead Vicos in service delivery.
• Mentor and supervise Vico Leads within your client group — ensuring accountability for delivery quality and commercial performance.
• Onboard new Vico Leads and facilitate their success.
• Step in as necessary to safeguard client relationships.
• Propel AI initiatives within Business Development.
• Incorporate Vicoland’s AI and agentic capabilities into client interactions — positioning the Vicoland platform and Vicos as AI-first.
• Actively utilize AI tools in your own work and contribute to the growth of AI-empowered Vico members.
• Influence the company's direction.
• Contribute to Vicoland’s strategy as part of the leadership team.
• Provide market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insights to the organization.
• Assist in defining our scaling strategies — including processes, tools, talent, and culture.
• Over 5 years of experience in professional services — such as consulting, system integration, or sales roles for complex products.
• Strong consultative selling skills: capable of securing complex enterprise deals through advisory, not mere pitching.
• Challenger mindset: you influence how clients and the broader market perceive professional services sourcing and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders.
• AI affinity: actively use AI tools and comprehend the strategic importance of agentic AI in professional services.
• Entrepreneurial spirit — you're inclined towards market building rather than merely maintaining existing ones.
• Previous entrepreneurial experience is a significant advantage.
• Experience in team or practice leadership — you've managed people, not just projects.
• Strong academic credentials, rapid career advancement, and demonstrated commercial success.
• Proficiency in both German and English (DACH is our primary market while we pursue international expansion).
• Networking prowess: you easily establish and cultivate valuable relationships.
