This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Influence the market landscape.
• Establish Vicoland as the strategic alternative to conventional consulting and system integrator models for both enterprise clients and subcontracting partners.
• Challenge traditional sourcing models and illustrate the superior outcomes delivered by Vicos.
• Design and implement integrated human/AI offerings provided by Vicos.
• Create tailored go-to-market strategies for specific client contexts.
• Build thought leadership through events and a robust LinkedIn presence.
• Acquire and expand client relationships.
• Manage and enhance a portfolio of enterprise clients and partners—from strategic outreach and deal closure to long-term growth.
• Conduct consultative, insight-driven discussions at the C-level.
• Translate the Vicoland model into tangible ROI scenarios for each client.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling with a founder's mindset.
• Build a pipeline strategically instead of transactionally.
• Lead Vicos in service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor Vico Leads within your client group—holding them accountable for delivery quality and commercial performance.
• Activate and onboard new Vico Leads, setting them up for success.
• Step in as necessary to protect and enhance client relationships.
• Propel AI into Business Development.
• Incorporate Vicoland’s AI and agentic capabilities into client discussions—positioning the Vicoland platform and Vicos as AI-first.
• Actively utilize AI tools in your work and contribute to the advancement of AI-powered Vico members.
• Shape the organization.
• Contribute to Vicoland’s strategy as part of the leadership team.
• Bring market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insights into the organization.
• Assist in defining our scaling approach—processes, tools, talent, and culture.
• Over 5 years of experience within the SAP ecosystem—background in consulting, system integration, or SAP-related advisory/sales roles.
• Proven consultative selling experience at the C-level: you have secured complex enterprise deals through advising rather than solely pitching.
• Challenger mindset: you influence how clients perceive SAP sourcing and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders.
• Strong affinity for AI: you actively engage with AI tools and comprehend the strategic implications of agentic AI for professional services.
• Entrepreneurial drive: you are inclined to build markets rather than manage existing ones. Previous entrepreneurial experience is a significant advantage.
• Experience in leading teams or practices—you have managed people, not just projects.
• Strong academic background, rapid career advancement, and proven commercial impact.
• Fluent in German and English (DACH region is our primary market—Germany, Austria, Switzerland—as we expand internationally).
• Strong networking capabilities: connections with clients and talent within the SAP ecosystem are a notable advantage.
