Business Development Director, Personal Lines Cyber

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Propel the sales and distribution of Personal Lines Cyber products via retail agents, brokers, family offices, high-net-worth advisors, financial advisors, and other targeted prospects.

• Utilize the existing personal lines or homeowners’ portfolio to introduce and incorporate cyber coverage solutions.

• Inform producers and policyholders about the risks associated with cyber exposure in residential settings, as well as the advantages of standalone or bundled coverage.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key partners, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in cyber protection for individuals and families.

• Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and product development teams to relay field insights and support continuous product enhancement.

• Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and webinars to elevate visibility and credibility within the personal lines sector.

• Meet and surpass designated sales targets, contributing to the overall growth strategy of the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and/or experience.

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in business development.

• More than 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

• Demonstrated success in personal lines or homeowners’ insurance sales, with an active and transferable book of business.

• Strong comprehension of the personal lines market, including the needs of high-net-worth clients and coverage deficiencies.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to recognize new business opportunities and foster growth.

• Property & Casualty license is mandatory.
