This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies for Integrated Solutions in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Formulate and enhance regional partnership strategies with customers, engineering firms, system integrators, and other key collaborators.
• Identify, qualify, nurture, and finalize complex solution-oriented opportunities that broaden deal scope and generate sustainable recurring revenue.
• Establish trusted relationships with customer executives, technical leaders, and influential decision-makers.
• Position integrated Repligen bioprocessing solutions to meet workflow, productivity, quality, and lifecycle demands.
• Lead regional customer interactions and work with Proposal Management to create technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Service, and Field Applications teams post-deal closure to facilitate execution, handoff, and customer adoption.
• Act as a liaison between Integrated Solutions customers and internal cross-functional teams, interpreting market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs into actionable solution specifications.
• Utilize extensive bioprocessing knowledge to consult with customers and design comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain opportunity, funnel, forecast, and activity data in SFDC; communicate status, risks, and next steps to sales leadership and stakeholders.
• Achieve or surpass annual sales goals and business objectives.
• Coordinate the resolution of customer issues to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
• Leverage and grow a senior-level industry network to identify opportunities, enhance market presence, and cultivate strategic partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, biotechnology, biochemical engineering, or a related technical field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible commercial or business development experience in the biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-product, enterprise-level solution sales from opportunity development through to contract award.
• In-depth understanding of bioprocessing operations, including process development, manufacturing, scale-up, automation, commissioning, qualification, validation, and GMP environments.
• Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without having direct authority.
• Strong business acumen, encompassing financial analysis, forecasting, deal strategy, and strategic planning.
• Capable of translating technical capabilities and customer needs into clear business and value propositions.
• Residing near a major biopharmaceutical hub or key customer decision-making center within the assigned region.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
• Comfortable interacting with C-suite executives and senior business and technical leaders.
• Results-driven, collaborative, accountable, and exceptionally organized.
• Self-motivated and effective in navigating a highly matrixed, global environment.
• Valid passport and driver's license are required.
