This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Spearhead the European Business Development strategy for GMP lab services
• Accelerate Authorizations and Revenue growth with Partner Biotech accounts
• Formulate a sustainable strategy to capture market share in a growing sector
• Broaden our network of preferred provider partnerships with external Biotech organizations
• Design and execute a thorough sales strategy for targeted accounts
• Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key clients
• Identify and drive revenue generation opportunities across Global Biotech accounts
• Generate strategic proposal responses and evaluate key proposals collaboratively with the team
• Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of Biotech business development leads
• Compile and deliver regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to the VP Sales
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related discipline
• Over 12 years of experience in biopharma, biotech pharma business development, and key account management
• More than 5 years of experience in sales management
• Understanding of clinical trials, drug development, and manufacturing processes
• Awareness of customer needs typically encountered in this field
• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and cultivate sales leads
• Competence in utilizing relevant software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
